The story of the Skeleton and the Walrus, after the jump.
The story of the Skeleton and the Walrus
You have two deaths: a normal death and a YouTube death. The Skeleton sits in a basement all day; he wears black and has a pony tail. He lifts weights. Surrounded by monitors, he watches everyone’s YouTube death.
He’s in your cellphone, maybe. He’s in mine at least. Sometimes you have to call him. Sometimes he calls you, and that’s why you want to have the Skeleton’s number stored: so you can screen his calls. Because he describes your death to you, your YouTube death. He says things like, “Pants figure prominently in your death.”
But he’s out of the basement now. And he’s learned how to use video iPods, so he’ll get in your car when you’re stopped at a light and hand you an iPod, and then you watch the bus run a light and hit your car.
His sidekick is the Walrus. He watches your death too.
